How Liin collects, uses, stores, shares, and deletes information across the website and connector service.
Scope and our role
This Privacy Policy applies to liinconnect.com, Liin accounts, applications, integrations, support, sales enquiries, and related services operated by LIIN TECH LLC.
Liin determines how account, website, billing, security, and business-contact information is used. For personal data contained in a customer’s connected store, marketplace, orders, or messages, Liin generally processes that data on the customer’s instructions under the Data Processing Addendum.

US and international processing
Liin is a United States company and the majority of processing takes place in the United States. Information may be accessed or processed in other countries by connected platforms and service providers. Those countries may have different privacy rules from the country where the information originated.
Where required, Liin uses contractual, organizational, or other appropriate measures for cross-border processing.
Retention and deletion
Liin retains information while an account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After termination, account and service data—including imported products, orders, customer information, messages, and connection data—will be deleted or de-identified within 90 days.
Limited records may be retained longer where required for tax, payment, accounting, legal, fraud-prevention, dispute, or security purposes. Isolated backup copies are protected from ordinary use and deleted through the normal backup lifecycle.
Security
Liin uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, tenant separation, encrypted storage for supported credentials, transport security, logging, and restricted personnel access where appropriate.
No service or transmission method is completely secure. You are responsible for securing your own accounts, choosing appropriate permissions, protecting credentials, and promptly reporting suspected compromise.
