Terms of Service
The rules for using Liin, connecting business platforms, purchasing credits, and managing a subscription.
Agreement and contracting entity
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and LIIN TECH LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (file number 10819310), for access to Liin websites, applications, APIs, integrations, credits, and related services.
By creating an account, purchasing credits, connecting an account, or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you act for a business or another person, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms and connect the relevant accounts on their behalf.
The Service
Liin connects ecommerce stores, marketplaces, sales channels, and other business systems. Depending on your configuration, the Service may read, display, store, transmit, compare, synchronize, or update information through third-party APIs.
Features, supported platforms, credit usage, limits, and availability may change. A feature shown in a preview, prototype, roadmap, or marketing page is not a commitment to deliver it by a particular date.
Accounts and connection credentials
You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for the configuration of each connection. Liin may store connection credentials in encrypted form where persistent access is necessary to operate a connection.
- Provide accurate account and business information and keep it current.
- Keep login details, API keys, access tokens, and connected accounts secure.
- Connect only accounts and data that you are authorized to access and control.
- Authorize Liin to use submitted credentials and platform permissions solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service.
- Notify support@liinconnect.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Plans, credits, billing, and renewal
The Service is sold through credits and subscriptions. A plan may be monthly, annual, or for another custom duration stated at checkout, in an order form, or in a commercial agreement. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically for the applicable renewal period at the then-current price until cancelled.
Credits expire at the end of the applicable subscription or credit period shown when purchased and do not roll over unless the plan expressly says otherwise. All purchases are final and non-refundable, including unused or expired credits, except where applicable law does not permit that restriction.
- Stripe processes payments and may apply its own terms and privacy practices.
- Prices exclude applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Failed or overdue payments may result in restricted, suspended, or terminated access.
- Liin may change prices or credit requirements for a future billing period by providing notice before the change takes effect.
Acceptable use
You must use the Service lawfully and in accordance with the permissions and rules of every connected platform.
- Do not access accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
- Do not use the Service for fraud, abuse, infringement, unlawful surveillance, or deceptive activity.
- Do not bypass security, usage limits, credit controls, or access restrictions.
- Do not introduce malicious code, overload the Service, scrape it excessively, or interfere with other users.
- Do not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or copy the Service except where Liin has agreed in writing.
Your data and instructions
You retain your rights in data submitted to or accessed through the Service. You grant Liin the limited rights needed to process that data, follow your configuration and instructions, provide support, prevent abuse, and operate the Service.
You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, quality, permissions, notices, and consents associated with your data and connected accounts. You should maintain appropriate source records and backups and review important stock, price, order, refund, return, and fulfillment actions.
When Liin processes personal data on your behalf, the Data Processing Addendum applies and forms part of these Terms.
Third-party platforms
Connected platforms, marketplaces, payment services, messaging services, and APIs are independent third parties. Their terms, permissions, availability, data, and decisions are outside Liin’s control.
Liin is not responsible for a third party changing or discontinuing an API, rejecting an action, suspending an account, changing marketplace rules, delaying data, or producing incomplete or inaccurate information. You remain responsible for your relationship with each third party.
Ownership and feedback
Liin and its licensors own the Service, software, design, documentation, branding, and related intellectual property. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service during your active subscription.
If you provide feedback or suggestions, Liin may use them without restriction or compensation, provided Liin does not identify you publicly without permission.
Service availability and disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Liin disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing or usage.
Liin does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, complete or current third-party data, successful synchronization, marketplace acceptance, sales results, or that a connection will meet every business requirement. You assume the business and operational risks of using integrations and automated actions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liin and its owners, personnel, affiliates, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, sales, opportunities, goodwill, anticipated savings, or data, even if advised that such loss was possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the fees attributable to the two months of Service immediately preceding the first event giving rise to the claim. For a prepaid or custom term, the amount will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
These limitations allocate risk between the parties and apply to all theories of liability. They do not limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Your indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Liin and its owners, personnel, affiliates, and suppliers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, and reasonable costs arising from your data, connected accounts, instructions, unlawful or unauthorized use, violation of third-party rights, or breach of these Terms. Liin may control the defense of a covered claim, and you will reasonably cooperate.
Suspension, cancellation, and deletion
You may cancel through the dashboard. Cancellation stops renewal and becomes effective at the end of the current paid period. Access and unused credits continue only until that period ends, unless access is suspended earlier for security, non-payment, abuse, legal risk, or a material breach.
Liin may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the Service, users, third parties, or connected platforms. After termination, Liin will delete or de-identify account and service data within 90 days, subject to records retained for legal, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, dispute, or security purposes.
Communications
You agree to receive operational messages about accounts, billing, security, connected platforms, and the Service. Liin may also send promotional email or WhatsApp messages from time to time where permitted. You may opt out of promotional messages using the method provided in the message, but operational messages may continue while you use the Service.
Delaware law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, and each party consents to those courts.
To the extent permitted by law, each party waives trial by jury and will bring claims only in its individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in a class, collective, or representative proceeding. A claim must be filed within one year after it arose unless applicable law requires a longer period.
Changes and general terms
Liin may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service, by email, or by updating this page. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without Liin’s consent; Liin may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, sale, or transfer of the Service. These Terms, the applicable order or checkout terms, the Privacy Policy, and the DPA form the entire agreement for the Service.
